Grasps Group.

Good morning,

Just advising that the grasps Group had their AGM yesterday, Saturday the 13th of July.

A new Committee was formed, and it is possible that we will have a lease, or at least information about it on the 23rd of July.
We are hopeful we will get the lease, and will be able to get on with the job.

Afteran Inspection of the Station on August the 16th, Clarence Valley Council said they would do a Report on whether they would lease the Property or not. They employed a Consultant for this which cost $5000. So Money spent has been quite a large amount. GHD Report in December 2018, Air Fares for the ARTC meeting at the Station in January 2019. More Air Fares for the Station inspection in August , and now the Jarhdine report, Should have just invested the money in the restoration project.

Negotiations are still happening with ARTc and the Council.
Should have some answers in the next couple of weeks.
